Whittling down our favorite dishes to land on the iconic, ten-course Greatest Hits tasting menu was no small task. It's as if you've asked us to pick our favorite child. With nearly five hundred dishes from which to select, and sometimes seven or eight elements and recipes in the composition of a plate, it was a true feat for the Maude Squad. But we've triumphed and have composed a menu that will delight our loyal acolytes who haven't missed a month, as well as enthusiastic new guests eager to partake in a degustation that is cohesive, luxurious, and seasonal. This October will not disappoint.
Wanting to incorporate as many menus as possible, we've revisited every course from crudo to cheese, fish to game. Reminiscing over flavor combinations that seemed dubious at first then ended up knocking our socks off, exciting challenges in execution, then hunting down precise vessels for service - all of it was part of our deliberation.
And let's talk about snacks. We've made a few tweaks to ensure our favorite and most popular dishes made the cut even if just for a bite. Nailing the perfect pre-dessert and take-away gift was another part of the rubric.
Our regular guests are like family at this point but everyone is welcome to this culinary reunion of sorts.
