To complement the $125 ten-course tasting menu, guests have the choice to be taken on a wine pairing journey up the Central Coast.
From acclaimed Chardonnay and Pinot Noir to winemakers with a focus on Rhone and Italian varietals, the Central Coast is a boon for wine aficionados. Travel with us from Santa Barbara to Paso Robles, Santa Maria to the Santa Cruz Mountains. The range of wine from the region is diverse with favorites and a few discovered surprises here and there. As always, wines from around the world will be available by the bottle. We also invite you to bring in a few bottles from your own amazing collection of the Central Coast. Wines from the region will be waived our usual $50 corkage fee.
The expressions of wine of the Central Coast are vast and varied with every single grape imaginable. With the coastal and maritime influence on the valleys, virtually all wines can be produced here. The classic pairing is an introduction to the Chardonnay, Syrah, and Pinot Noir most beloved and recognized in the region from new producers as well as California wine icons.
The reserve pairing deepens the tasting experience to include premium Burgundy, Rhone, and Italian varietals and lends a greater complexity to the region, featuring more exclusive bottlings and rarer vintages. Benchmark vineyards with some of the oldest plantings of Chardonnay in the area, smaller producers, and back vintages make this pairing sing.
The Grand Pairing is the most special selection with some elusive choices from the most revered winemakers of the Central Coast who have singularly shaped the region and put it on the map. Limited and high demand wines for the most discriminative enthusiast distinguishes these pours.Reservations
